What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class.
Orders over 2kg are sent using an economy service such as Hermes.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package

We aim to have most orders shipped within 1-2 working days.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class.
Orders over 2kg are sent using an economy service such as Hermes. Processing times for these are usually around 3-5 working days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

If ordering internationally any taxes, customs or related fees will be your responsibility.

How Can I Return A Product?

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

 

Items may be returned for refund or exchange, at the buyers expense, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.

 

How To Return An Item,

  1. Please email: returns@fatcuckoo.gifts to request a refund or exchange and receive a tracking number.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  1. Include in your package a printed copy of the returns slip or a note stating the reason for your return and tracking number.

 

Return Exceptions.

 

All personalised orders are none refundable. Damaged or defective goods may be exchanged for a replacement.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
